HOLIDAY MEETING NOTICE
DATE: SUNDAY, December 16, 2018

OPEN DISCUSSION & HOLIDAY CELEBRATION
This festive year-end meeting will feature an open discussion, including (but not limited to), concerns associated with the holiday season. These may include eating out, visiting with friends and relatives, travel and vacation activities. Festivities may also highlight the discrepancy between an expectation to be joyful while coping with difficult issues and feelings connected with surgery, the process of recovery, and adjustments to life with an ostomy.
MEETING WOUND/OSTOMY SUPPORT:
ERIN DONOHOE, BSN, RN, CWOCN Wound & Ostomy specialist, Nursing Educator, Lenox Hill Hospital will be available to provide individualized guidance to attendees with wound and/or ostomy management questions and concerns.
In place of the usual 50%-50%, multiple prizes (worth an average of $10) will be offered in a special raffle. Treat yourself or someone you love to a holiday gift – at hand, and already wrapped!
Cost: $2.00 per raffle or 3 raffles for $5.00

PARKING: Discounted parking at Rapid Park Garage, 155 E. 77th St., between Third Avenue and Lexington Avenue. Validate parking tickets at the Hospital’s information desk, located in the main lobby (77th St. entrance).
